A: There are plenty of trains from Toulouse Matabiau station to Agen, roughly one every hour. To get from the airport to the central bus station in Toulouse there is a bus (Navette) service departing every 20 minutes. The bus journey to Matabiau station takes around 20 minutes and the one way fare is 4 Euros. The shuttles depart from Door C, outside the Arrivals Hall. The train journey from Toulouse to Agen takes around 60-90 minutes. The fares I could access for a second class one-way fare ranged from 28-37 British pounds, but you could get a reduction if you are older than 59 years.
