A: Both are correct in their own way. You can fly to Dubai on an SAA ticket, but SAA itself does not fly to Dubai. SAA offers a service to Dubai in codeshare with Emirates Airline. A certain number of seats on Emirates flights are allocated for SAA to sell and those passengers travel on an SAA ticket. The passengers can accrue Voyager Miles and even use the Miles to upgrade on the Johannesburg to Dubai route. However, the aircraft and the flight crew will be from Emirates. (3 May 2009)
