Q: What is the quickest and most cost efficient way to get from Dulles International airport in Washington to Reagan international Airport ? I will be arriving at 6am at Dulles and will be leaving from Reagan at 10.20am on the same day. - Angie Smith
A: The distance between the two airports is 32 kilometres. You need to be at Reagan Airport two hours before your flight. If takes you one hour to collect your luggage and complete arrival formalities at Dulles, then that leaves you with 80 minutes to get to Reagan Airport. That should not be a problem. There is no airport shuttle service between the two airports, but you can use the SuperShuttle service. Upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counters, located on the lower level just before the East and West exits. After purchasing a ticket a service representative will escort you to the loading areas. The SuperShuttle service operates from 6am to 2am. Alternatively, you can catch a taxi direct to Reagan National Airport.
